Past District Governor Budd O'Malia recently presented Past President Karin Breitlauch and the West End Rotary Club with Rotary International's Presidential Citation for outstanding community service work. The club has donated new coats to local children, equipment to first responders and dictionaries to every third-grade student in the Pleasant Valley School District, among other projects. Last week the club provided wheelchairs to anyone who needed greater mobility at the West End Fair, for a nominal donation to charity.
