State police at Lehighton are investigating an access device fraud case.

Troopers said Glenda Meldrum, 59, of 30 Porter Drive, Jim Thorpe, Penn Forest Township, reported his Discover card was used without her permission. Troopers allege that Robert Creed, 57, of Jim Thorpe, used the card to make $1,223.91 worth of purchases for goods and services.The investigation into the case is continuing, troopers said.
