Jim Thorpe Area High School guidance department will hold scheduling information meetings for parents on Thursday, March 8 in the high school auditorium at the following times:
* 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for students entering 9th grade.
* 7:30 to 8 p.m. for students entering 10th through 12th grades.
The meetings are being held to inform parents of the courses available to students in the 2012-2013 school year. The programs will include question and answer sessions.
Parents unable to attend the meeting, can download a copy of the presentation and course selection handbook at http://www.jimthorpesd.org .
Parents and students who will be moving into the district or are currently attending a parochial school are also invited to attend.
