Carbon County Association of Realtors is launching a winter apparel collection to benefit residents of communities in Carbon County and beyond.

Kim Rabenold, spokeswoman, said the Realtors are seeking new or gently used, clean winter coats, snow pants, hats, gloves, scarves and boots.Donations may be dropped at the Carbon County Association of REALTORS office at 180 South First Street or at any Carbon County REALTOR's office during normal business hours.If needed, alternate arrangements can be made for donating items by calling (610) 377-8121.Donations will be accepted through October 21.All received items will be available for distributing at Jacob's United Church of Christ located on Franklin Street in Weissport on Friday, Oct. 28, from noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
