Jacob Tokash, son of Lora Tokash and the late David Tokash of Lansford has been selected to represent Panther Valley High School at the annual Hugh O'Brien Seminar. The event is held at Millersville University from May 19-22. Outstanding tenth graders with potential leadership abilities are selected for the event.
