Several arrests by state police at Fern Ridge were reported.

Troopers said two persons were cited following an incident at the Whitewater Skrimish area in Penn Forest Township, Carbon Coutny.

Troopers said on July 23 about 4:45 p.m. Alan Steven Feit, of Kunkletown, and Richard Gregory Moreland, of Palmerton, got into a physical altercation at the site. Both were issued citations for harassment.

On Sunday, Aug. 7, about 7:35 p.m. troopers responded to SR115 at Rocky Mountain Drive South, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for an incident. Troopers said Richard Pasqua, 20, of Saylorsburg, allegedly threw a water bottle at Wendell Clark, 53, of Albrightsville, striking him on the shoulder. Clark did not sustianed any injuries, troopers said.

Pasqua was charged with harassment.

On Aug. 4 about 7 a.m. troopers were called to SR209 across from RJ Walker in Chestnuthill Township for an incident. Troopers allege that Raeford McIlwaine, 35, of East Stroudsburg, punched Kimberly Shotwell, 47, of Brodheadsville, in the head during a domestic dispute. Shotwell suffered minor injuries, troopers said. McIlwaine fled the scene prior to the arrival of the troopers. He will be charged with harassment.

Magdalena Mercado, 44, of Albrigthsville, was charged with confinement of dogs following an incident that occurred at 102 Oak Ridge Drive, in Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, on Friday, Aug. 5, about 10 a.m

Troopers said Mercado's dog allegedlly came off her property and attempted to attack a 59-year-old male from Albrightsville, who was jogging in the area.

On Aug. 3 about 10 p.m. troopers were called to 117 Quail Court, Jackson Township, Monroe County, for a incident.

Troopers said Lawrence Henry Hardy IV, 36, of Stroudsburg, allegedly assaulted a 39-year-old female and her 50-year-old acquaintance, both from Stroudsburg, at that location. Both victims sustained minor injuries.

Hardy was charged wiht two counts of simple assault, troopers said.
