The Blue Mountain Paranormal Society presented a check for $600 to the Palmerton Area Historical Society on Friday, Oct. 15. The BMPS is conducting paranormal public investigations at Broney's Hotel in Lehighton the weekends of October and is donating the proceeds throughout the community. Presenting the check is Todd Weaver, BMPS lead investigator and Bob Schaeffer, BMPS president and co-founder, to Betsy Burnhauser, Palmerton Area Historical Society's secretary and Cindy Gaspar, a PAHS member and is also one of the six owners of Broney's Hotel.
