Juliann Longhi and Stanley Warner of Longhi Fiancial, Inc., Hometown, have formed an Advisory Board of existing clients to provide practical ideas and observations on their financial planning practice.

Longhi stated that "one of the biggest challenges for any financial advisor is to gather high-quality feedback about managing ther practice and handling clients so that we don't lose sight of important long-term goalsin the rush of day-to-day business."

The Advisory Board is comprised of a diverse group of individuals with business and professional perspectives.

The board consists of Kerry Beidleman, Director of Finance, Silberline Manufacturing Company, Inc.; Russell Ferguson, Vice President/Global Technology, Silberline Manufacturing; Phil Houm, retired Tamaqua Area School District teacher; Russell King, Partner, Elk Lighting; Palua Maurer, retired, PPL; and Gar Thomas, Senior Vice President, ETA Benefits Group, Inc.

According to Stan Warner, "We are very interested in the advisory board's opinions on our quality of client service and communications; general perceptions of issues facing investors; personnel needs and impressions of staff; and ideas for new programs, technology, services and marketing materials"

Longhi Financial, Inc. is a full service financial services practice located in Hometown, and Juliann and Stan specialize in retirement income planning. Longhi and Warner believe that because they have over 40 years of combined financial and tax experience, they are uniquely postured to offer clients a plan that takes into account the clients' entire financial picture before making recommendations based on clients' needs and goals.

Longhi stated that "since founding Longhi Financial in 1980, I have continuously sought improvement in service and products for my clients. When Stand joined me in the practice as a financial advisor and CPA, he brought another dimension to our service. We are now looking to take that service to the next level by tapping into our most valuable resource, our Client Advisory Board, for honest evaluations and ideas for improvement."
