State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a theft and act of criminal mischief incident.

The theft occurred at the property of Derek Nesbitt, 48, of 3 Silver Valley Rd., in Saylorsburg, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Nesbitt reported someone took two coppertone solar lights from his property. The incident occurred sometime between Sunday, July 4, at 11 p.m. and Monday at 7:30 a.m. The lights are valued at $120.Rosemary Eleanor Dicks, 55, of Kipling Lane, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, reported someone damaged three glass windows, three window screens, one shutter, one telephone wire, the aluminum trim, the roof trimming and caused 15 holes in the house siding. The incident occurred sometime between March 28 and Tuesday, July 6.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 646-2271.
