It was another busy year for concerts at Penn's Peak.

From classic rock to blues to country to jazz to tribute bands, The Peak had something for everyone in 2010.Here is a list of the top 10 favorite shows that this reporter caught at The Peak in the past year, not counting the tribute shows. These are primarily on the rock side (sorry, country fans).1. Ian Anderson (Oct. 24) - Catching the Jethro Tull frontman in an intimate venue is a rare treat, and he responded with a performance spanning his four decades in Tull, as well as his solo works.2. Asia (Aug. 5) - The British progressive supergroup is still going strong since it reunited. This tour concentrated solely on Asia's music rather than incorporating material from the alumni bands, and the band was in top form.3. Peter Frampton (July 27) - Frampton toured behind his latest album, "Thank You Mr. Churchill" and poured himself into his music.4. The B-52s (July 15) - New Wave era survivors still provide a lot of energy and fun onstage.5. Dennis DeYoung (May 7) - Former Styx singer provided songs from throughout the band's catalog, including not only his own but those of his ex-bandmates,6. Ted Nugent (June 24) - The Nuge always keeps his loyal fans coming back for more.7. Bachman and Turner (June 29) - A roaring trip down Memory Lane from the driving forces behind BTO, plus a glimpse at some new material.8. Aaron Lewis (July 8) - Staind frontman did a solo acoustic turn that packed a wallop.9. Umphey's McGee (Aug. 6) - Progressive jammers brought another wild light show.10. Air Supply (May 21) - A new concept album breathed extra life into the show to go with the tried and true hits.
