Pa. man proposes marriage using light display

NEW CASTLE, Pa. (AP) - A western Pennsylvania man had more than a twinkle in his eye when he proposed marriage.

Twenty-four-year-old Michael Busin's proposal itself was twinkling. That's because his proposal was written out in a string of Christmas lights that his girlfriend was invited to turn on Friday night, as part of a display Busin and his father erected at their home in Neshannock Township, about 45 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. The lights said, "Lina Will You Marry Me?"Twenty-one-year-old Lina Sansone said yes.Busin and Sansone has talked marriage, but she told the New Castle News she thought he would wait to pop the question on her 22nd birthday in January. Instead, she saw it when she was given the honor of flipping the switch on this year's holiday display at the Busin home.
