Come out to meet your local emergency responders during the Emergency Services Day being sponsored by the Mahoning Township Lions Club. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 28 at the Chapel Grove Pavilion on Fritz Valley Road at Normal Square. Attending the event will be Penn Star Helicopter, Mahoning Valley Fire Company, Mahoning Valley Ambulance and Mahoning Township Police Department. There will be a free blood pressure monitoring service offered. Also on display will be household hazardous materials.
