Two Schuylkill residents charged

Two Schuylkill County residents are facing multiple criminal counts following an incident late last month.

State police at Frackville said Allen Shawn Johns, 31, and Bobbi Lynn Petrozino, 25, both of Pottsville, were arrested on April 16.According to troopers about 5:57 p.m. on March 26 Deni Sadusky, 32, of Kaska, lost her debit card at the Fairlane Village Mall, on East Norwegian Township. The card was found by Petrozino who gave it to Johns. Johns then made two purchases at the Walmart store in St. Clair on March 26 totaling $125.85. Troopers said Johns forged the name of Sadusky to complete the transactions. Petrozino then attempted to use the card to make a purchase at the Kmart store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, but the card was declined.Johns was charged with forgery, access device fraud, identity theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property. He was arraigned before District Judge David Plachko, of Port Carbon, and committed to the county prison in Pottsville when he failed to post 10 percent of $10,000 bail.Petrozino was charged with criminal attempt, criminal conspiracy and theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake. She will received a summons by mail, troopers said.
