State police at Lehighton reported on three harassment incidents in which charges were filed.

Troopers said on Nov. 4 about 6:45 p.m. at 414 Centre St., Parryville, Nicole Lilly, 29, of Palmerton, and Girard Lee Getz, 38, of Parryville, were involved in an incident in which both threatened to strike each other in the face. Both were cited for harassment.

A driver and his passenger fled an accident scene in Schuylkill County. State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, at 192 Jeams St., in Blythe Township.

Troopers said Joseph Renninger, 27, of Middleport, was driving a 1992 Ford Mustang northbound when he lost control while negotiating a left curve. The car spun around and struck a tree with the rear end of the vehicle. The impact caused the pole to be sheared off. The car came to final rest on the east berm.

A New Jersey man has been charged in connection with a shooting incident in Monroe County.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Duane M. McClelland, 30, of Lindenwood, has been charged with a felony count of aggravated assault, and charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.

According to police on Nov. 5 they responded to 737 Minsi Trail East, in The Estates, of Emerald Lakes, Long Pond, for a report of a male shot in the back with a pellet gun.

State police of Frackville are investigating the theft of a tow-along cement mixer from a Schuylkill County site.

Troopers said Glen Allen Korell, of 102 Country View Lane, Orwigsburg, reported the mixer, a 1990's Stone model, six-cubic feet capacity, was removed from property near a barn located at the intersection of Pine Creek Road and SR443, in East Brunswick Township.

The mixer has a single axle and has a pintle hitch. The mixer contains a eight horse power Honda gas engine. The theft occurred sometime between Nov. 1 and 11.

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on an arrest for domestic assault.

Police said about 1:10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11, Kimberly Dandridge-Clark, 43, of 149 Vacation Lane, Pocono Summit, came to police headquarters and reported she had been assaulted by her husband, Terrance Clark, 45, at their residence.

She told officers that during an argument with her husband she was kicked in the back and afterward was able to leave the residence.

Police observed bruising to her back and injuries to her arm.

Pocono Mountain Regional police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that struck a telephone pole, knocking it down, then fleeing the scene.

Police said about 7:38 p.m. on Nov. 9 officers responded to Locust Ridge Road, near Slutter Road, to a report of a pole on the road. Upon arrival police found a telephone pole snapped in half and wires blocking the roadway.

State police at Lehighton reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers.

A one vehicle crash occurred about 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 8 along SR209 in Polk Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Lucille M. Rex, 84, of Palmerton, was driving a 2004 Dodge Durango southbound and approaching Vixen Drive and proceeding up an incline of a hill while negotiating a right curve. At the crest of the hill Rex was blinded by the sun and lost control of the vehicle.

A Schuylkill County woman is facing charges, including driving under the influence (DUI), following an incident that occurred about 9:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13, along SR4033, near SR339, in North Union Township.

State police at Frackville said troopers encountered a vehicle at the above location which was stopped and impeding traffic.

State police at Frackville are investigating a criminal mischief incident that occurred on a parking lot of the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.

Troopers said someone damaged the side of the parked vehicle of Amanda Sleva, 29, of Cressona. The incident occurred sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10.
