A Jim Thorpe man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 2:04 p.m. on April 19.

Borough police said Ryan M. Beers, 35, of 508 Center Ave., has been charged with obstructing administration of law or other governmental function and 18 motor vehicle code violations for an incident that occurred at the intersection of South Street and Cherry Avenue.
