Odette Delapaz, 40, of McAdoo, was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol after McAdoo police received the results of drug testing done on March 15.

Her blood alcohol content came back as 0.228 percent, almost three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent. She was also charged with having an open bottle of vodka in her vehicle, which had become disabled after she drove into a snowbank.
