Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Zimmerman Jr. of Mahoning Valley recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married Feb. 3, 1956, at People's E.C. Church in East Weissport by the Rev. Herbert Cassel.

Mrs. Zimmerman is the former Pearl Rehrig of East Weissport.They have four children: a son, Tom III and MaryAnn in Florida; a son, Frank, and his wife, Susan, in Palmerton; a son, Scott, and his wife, Beth, in Macungie; and a son, David, and his wife, Laurel, in Lehighton.They have 10 grandchildren, six step-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.The couple celebrated with family and friends at Platz's and Trainer's. They also had a romantic dinner at the Maxim 22 Bistro Brasserie, and enjoyed the show "42nd Street" at the State Theatre and stayed at the Grand Eastonion Suites and Hotel on their anniversary.
