Lansford Borough has issued a state of emergency because of weather, effective at midnight tonight.

Parking is prohibited along all of Water Street, Kline Avenue and Snyder Avenue until further notice.

Plowing operations along the south and west sides of all streets will continue Monday beginning at 8 a.m.

Depending on the strength of the anticipated snow storm, additional updates will be made as needed.
