A Shenandoah man returned to prison on Monday after a judge revoked his parole for his alleged participation in a burglary at Shenandoah Valley High School in October.

Jimenez could remain in prison until June 28, 2016, under the terms of Dolbin's order."I understand that I made a mistake," Jimenez told Dolbin. "I tend to get in trouble on the streets."Jimenez originally pleaded guilty on May 21 to indecent assault, with prosecutors withdrawing charges of statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors. At that time, Dolbin sentenced him to serve three to 23 months in prison. Shenandoah police charged Jimenez with having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl between Sept. 1, 2012, and April 23, 2013.In the school case, Jimenez is facing charges of burglary, criminal trespass, institutional vandalism, corruption of minors and loitering and prowling at nighttime.Shenandoah police have alleged Jimenez and another borough man broke into the high school, 805 W. Police said video cameras show the two men in the school building.Prosecutors only had to prove it was more likely than not that Jimenez had participated in the burglary in order to have his parole revoked.Distributed by Tribune Content Agency, LLC
