A 19-year-old Palmerton resident will be arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop by state police at Lehighton.

Police said the incident happened at 8:13 p.m. Feb. 25 on the Harrity Road in Franklin Township.After stopping a Ford Explorer driven by a male driver for equipment violations, police found him to be in possession of the paraphernalia.Police did not release the driver's name.
