Tractor trailers and other non-four wheel drive vehicles had a hard time negotiating area roadways yesterday. Some hills affected heavily by the storm, were the Vulcan Hill in Barnesville, Clamtown Hill in West Penn, Mintzer's Hill and Hometown Hill in Rush Township, Summit Hill/Lansford hill and Bugzie's Hill in Summit Hill.
