A Philadelphia man is facing a drug charge.

State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred at the intersection of state routes 115 and 903, in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, about 1:51 p.m. on Friday, March 8.Troopers said Ryan B. Gibbons, 25, was attempting to fix his vehicle's undercarriage on the side of the road when they stopped to check. He was found to be in possession of a bag of cocaine, troopers said. He is facing a drug possession count.
