Tamaqua announces ImPACT testing

Coordinated Health is offering FREE ImPACT testing during the summer months for athletes in the Tamaqua Area School District,

Student athletes only need to be ImPACT tested every other year. This means if they were tested for a sport during Fall 2011, Winter 2011-12, or Spring 2012 they will need to be retested this year. Sports tested during 2011/2012 year were Football (all levels), Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer, Volleyball, Girls Basketball (JV/V), Boys Basketball (9th, JV, V), Wrestling (all levels), Softball, Baseball. If tested last school year, they do not need to be re-tested. The athletic trainer has accurate records of this information.Any athlete planning to participate in Fall 2013 Football (Junior High, JV, Varsity), Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer, or Volleyball, and did not have a test at any time last year, must come to one of the following dates/times.All testing will be in the high school computer room across from the main office.
