A Rush Township man is facing various charges following a one-vehicle accident in the township on New Year's Day.

Michael K. Yachera, 38, of Hometown, was operating a 2006 Ford Ranger on Bnosky Street when he crashed into a fence.Charges are pending the results of blood tests taken at St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale campus.
