Jim Thorpe Tourism Agency will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Encore Restaurant, second floor, 66 Broadway, Jim Thorpe. The agenda will include the presentation of the slate of proposed officers. Members should bring any other officer suggestions they may have.

At 7 p.m. there will be a move downstairs for a holiday party, with light fare provided by Encore and a cash bar. Members, friends, people interested in becoming members, or anyone interested in enjoying the party are welcome.The organization will be holding its first mixer of 2014 on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at the Broadway Grille (adjacent to the Inn at Jim Thorpe).
