State Police at Fogelsville have charged a Lehighton man with allegedly attempting to steal $327.97 worth of merchandise from a Lehigh County department store.
Carmen Diacheysn, 43, has been charged with retail theft.
Diacheysn was apprehended in Kohl's Department Store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, prior to exiting, police said.
