A Monroe County man is facing a charge of scattering rubbish after he was allegedly observed littering.

State police at Lehighton said Michael Allen Griffiths II, 21, of 7225 Mount Eaton Rd., in Saylorsburg, was observed throwing litter in the parking area of District Justice JoLana Krawitz office along Gypsum Road, in Hamilton Township, on Monday, Oct. 15, about 11:25 a.m.
