Having a safe alternative to "Trick or Treat" was the emphasis for the fourth annual Lehighton Area Lioness Lions Club Halloween Spooktacular Party. The party was held Wednesday at the Lehighton Recreation Center. While at the event, children received candy, treats and played "ghoulish" games. There was also a parade with several children judged to be winners in the costume categories, Parker Derr, dinosaur, cutest; Anthony Outlaw, alien, funniest; Tyler Hartman, green jester, most original; Gabriell Wargo, monster, scariest; Sierra Fairchild, witch, most like Halloween; and Madelyn Sofranko, prettiest.
