Cody James Nickisher, 19, of Allentown, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, as a result of a traffic stop made by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

Police said he was driving a vehicle on Gehman Road, near Rt. 100, in Lower Macungie Township, when police stopped him for multiple traffic violations and eventually arrested him for the drug-related offenses.
