Harassment

Kevin Booth Sr., 43, of 355 Hahns Dairy Road, Palmerton, for terroristic threats and 2 counts of harassment. The incident occurred on Dec. 18 at 8:34 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

Dylon Park, 30, of 651 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Jan. 21 at 6:30 a.m. at the above address.

A juvenile referral was filed against a 13-year-old Summit Hill female for aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on Jan. 30 between 8:10 and 8:43 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Speeding

Joseph Spezialetti, 20, of 421 N. 4th Street, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Jan. 30 at 4:59 p.m. on SR248 east.

Traffic violation

Andrea Derr, 27, of 101 Gypsy Hill Gardens, Apt. 101, Lehighton, was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic. The violation occurred on Jan. 30 at 3:35 p.m. at Lehigh Avenue and Second Street.
