Lehighton Police Chief Neal Ebbert issued the following report:

Two 15-year-old Lehighton females were both cited for disorderly conduct following a fight which became physical in nature. The incident occurred on Friday, Dec. 14, at the Lehighton Area High School.Tammy Neff, 37, of 117 S. Fourth St., Lehighton, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation. The incident occurred on Sunday, Dec. 16, at 2:23 a.m. at their home.Jared M. McGuire, 18, of 369 W. Broadway, Jim Thorpe, was cited for underage consumption of a brewed beverage. The incident occurred in the vicinity of North Fourth and Mahoning streets in Lehighton, just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16.A 15-year-old Lehighton male was charged with harassment after physical contact was made with a 16-year-old male victim. The incident occurred at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at the Lehighton Area High School.A 17-year-old Lehighton female and a 14-year-old Lehighton female were both cited for disorderly conduct following a fight which became physical in nature. The incident occurred at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at the Lehighton Area High School.Shawn C. Frehulfer, 35, of 720 Iron St., Lehighton, was cited for a violation of Borough Ordinance 85-11- Dogs Running at Large i. The incident occurred in the 100 block of S. Queen Alley at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18.Brandy Smala, 29, of 289 Harvard Ave., Palmerton, was cited for harassment which turned physical with a female victim. The incident occurred at 6:04 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21 at a residence in the 200 block of N. Fourth Street, Lehighton.James Young II, 28, and Jessica D. Young, 29, both of 202 Carbon St., Lehighton, were cited for harassment following a physical domestic altercation. The incident occurred at 3:37 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at their home.
