A Berks County driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 19, along SR61, near the off-ramp to the Schuylkill Mall in Blythe Township.

State police at Frackville said Irene Schlack, 66, of Reading, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu northbound and attempted to exit onto the mall road.The car traveled off the left berm and struck an embankment causing it to roll over onto its roof.The car came to final rest on its roof along the berm of the mall ramp. Schlack sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene.Troopers said she was cited for the crash.
