State police at Lehighton reported on the following driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by troopers.

Leonard Anthony Cusumano, 67, of Wind Gap, was stopped about 7:50 p.m. on Aug. 4 along SR33, in Hamilton Township, Monroe County, for a vehicle code violation.

He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI. Charges will be filed.

Joshua Berg, 27, of East Stroudsburg, was stopped about 3 a.m. on Aug. 5 along SR209 at Frable Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, after being observed driving erratically.

He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test.

The charges are pending the test results.

Joseph John Magarcia, 49, of Newfoundland, N.J., was stopped about 1:59 a.m. on Aug. 8 along Weir Lake Road, at SR115, in Chestnuthill Township, for a vehicle code violation.

He was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest.
