A Schuylkill County woman a facing theft by deception and retail theft counts following an incident that occurred on Saturday, Sept. 3.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Angella Eye, of Pottsville, was arrested at the BG's Value Market located in King's Plaza, in Norwegian Township.Troopers allege that during the period of 4:45 and 4:58 p.m. while employed in the bakery department of the store she made up her own price labels of $1 and $.50 from the label machine and placed them on seven various containers of whipped colored icing and a grim reaper cake kit. She then proceeded to the checkout line and paid $4.50 fro the items instead of the full price.
