A Summit Hill juvenile was charged after he assaulted his father.

According to Summit Hill police, on May 22, at 2:04 p.m., police were dispatched to a Summit Hill residence for a father and son domestic incident. Upon investigation, officers learned that the 14-year-old son assaulted his father.The juvenile was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment. Charges were filed in Carbon County Juvenile Probation.
