A verbal argument became heated between Frederick A. Hauser III, 46, and Kathryn J. Suddath, 43 in their home at 297 HIll Road, Barry Township in Schuylkill County on Friday, Feb. 18 at 5:25 p.m. Hauser, who was intoxicated, slapped Suddath, his sister, across the face and then proceeded to push her down on to the living room couch and would not let her get up. The argument was then stopped by their mother and the two were separated. Hauser will be charged with Harassment at District Court 21-3-04 in Tremont, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Schuylkill Haven.
