Cybil Ann Whitby of Kunkletown and John Paul Miller of Effort have been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks on charges of crimianl trespass.

Police said they were found in a barn owned by Lorraine Agner Everett of Seventh Street, Lehighton, by neighbors, who were able to provide police with the registration plate of the vehicle the two utilized. Police said the accused admitted they were inside the barn looking for belongings which were kept inside.The barn is located at the intersection of Correll and Kunkletown roads in Eldred Township.
