Todd Zimmerman, president of Lehighton Downtown Initiative Committee, was guest speaker at a recent meeting of Lehighton Rotary Club. He discussed LDIC's current projects and fundraisers - such as the beautification of Colonel Jacob Weiss Park, which includes personalized brick pavers; the new electronic billboard at the entrance to town on Route 209 north; Lehighton Bike Night scheduled for Saturday, August 13; Amazing Lehighton Race scheduled for Saturday, September 10; and the newly-improved website - www.ExperienceLehighton.com.
