A Schuylkill County driver is facing charges after he left the scene of a one-vehicle crash.

State police at Frackville said Joseph A. Kubeldis Jr., 41, of Frackville, was driving a 1996 Ford F150 truck northbound on Route 924 in Mahanoy Township, a 6:50 p.m. Sept. 16 when the vehicle left the road and struck the guide rail along the berm.After impact Kubeldis left the scene, troopers said.
