An Owl Prowl hike has been planned for May 28 from 7:45 to 9:30 p.m.

Participants will be hiking the forest this full moon night. Participants will enter the woods while it is still daylight and will be waiting for owl calls on the return trip. The hike is two miles and easy. Meet at Miners' Memorial parking lot next to the Park restaurant on Route 924 in Shenandoah and car-pool/car pool to the hike site. Bring flashlights. No pets are allowed on this hike.

Preregistration is required by calling Robin at (570) 467-2506 or online under the calendar of events at www.dcnr.state.pa.us for Tuscarora State Park. In case of inclement weather, the hike is canceled.
