Two Schuylkill County teens are facing charges following a vehicle stop that occurred about 3:10 a.m. today off SR61 in the Cressona Mall parking in North Manheim Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said troopers stopped a vehicle for suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI). The vehicle was operated by a 17-year-old male from Orwigsburg with a 16-year-old male from Auburn, as a passenger. Both the driver and the passenger were found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.A search of the vehicle was conducted and found was 25 grams of marijuana, seven white pills, 10 grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms and a glass smoking pipe found in the passenger's backpack.Both are facing drug- related charges, troopers said.
