Nesquehoning Police Officer Timothy Wuttke filed charges against Jaden Diacheysn, of Nesquehoning, for an alleged incident that occurred May 28 at about 11:13 p.m.

Wuttke and another officer were dispatched to Diacheysn's address for a reported domestic dispute.Upon their arrival Jennifer Shaika reported that Diacheysn was threatening to assault her and that he was smoking marijuana.A search of the residence was conducted and marijuana was seized.Wuttke charged Diacheysn with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
