A free nonprofit credit counseling service, sponsored by State Rep. Keith Mccall, originally scheduled for Feb. 10, has been postponed until Feb. 24 due to the forecast of inclement weather. The event offers free services to residents of Carbon County at McCall's Albrightsville office.

Interested constituents who would like to make an appointment for a counseling session on the new date of Feb. 24 must still call 1-800-922-9537 for scheduling. Depending upon constituent response, future counseling sessions may be scheduled in McCall's district offices.Services available include help with housing and mortgage debt, budgeting and financial counseling, as well as debt management for people in financial distress.
