Schuylkill Township supervisors were recently presented with a plaque from an anonymous donor that lists everyone who made a donation to the township in honor or in memory of an individual for the purchase of an American flag. The flags are displayed on telephone poles throughout the township. The plaques will hang in the township building. Supervisor Linda DeCindio said that 49 flags have been purchased already. Receiving the plaques are, left to right, township secretary/treasurer Mary Bubel, supervisor Maureen Vanek, DeCindio, and township code enforcement officer Dan DeCindio. Missing from the photo is supervisor Joe Boran.
