West Penn Township supervisors, on a 2-0 vote, with Supervisor Tim Houser absent, took the following action Monday morning:

• Adopted a resolution for conditional approval of the Oliver final subdivision and lot consolidation plan.

• Agreed to release James Hower’s escrow in the amount of $2,840.

• Announced that the board will hold its reorganization meeting at 6 p.m. Jan. 6, followed by its regular monthly meeting.
