West Penn Township supervisors took the following action at Monday morning’s meeting.

• Agreed to have township sewage enforcement officer Bill Brior to come up with a maintenance holding tank ordinance in relation to the township’s Act 537 sewage plan.

• Agreed to advertise the township’s comprehensive plan in the township’s News Magazine.

• Approved the township’s participation in the PSATs CDL Program and to execute all documents and pay all associated fees with the program.

• Approved the PSATs CDL Program’s Policy.
