A Jim Thorpe driver is facing charges, including driving under the influence, following an incident on Feb. 6.

Jim Thorpe police said James F. Murray, 36, of 201 North Ave., was stopped at 4:37 p.m. in the area of 24 Broadway.As a result, he was charged with DUI of a controlled substance, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana or hashish and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
