State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following incidents.

• Jason Garcia, 22, of Albrightsville was charged with simple assault after an incident on Dec. 14, 2020. A 26-year-old woman reported she was assaulted during a domestic dispute along Tapuco Drive in Penn Forest Township.

• On Dec. 28, 2020, at 8:32 p.m. troopers responded to a residence along Narragansett Trail, in Penn Forest Township, to serve multiple warrants on Ludwig Auch-Schwelk, 46, of Albrightsville. Troopers found an abundance of suspected methamphetamine and heroin in plain view. He was charged with drug counts and placed in the county prison.
