A Hazleton woman was cited by McAdoo police following a reported domestic incident on Dec. 15.

Officers were dispatched to 25 S. Cleveland St. where they found Candice Orfield, of 155 Deitrich St., sitting in a parked car with the engine running. When questioned, Orfield said she was waiting for her kids and that everything was "just fine."Officers then contacted the resident, Morgan Orfield, who claimed he had been assaulted by Candice, his "soon to be ex-wife." She reportedly punched him several times until he was able to escort her from the house. On the way out she reportedly used pepper spray, despite the presence of several children.She was cited for simple assault and harassment.
