A Monroe County man has been charged with burglary and related counts following an investigation by the Pocono Mountain Regional police.
Police said on Feb. 16 officers responded to 285 Echolake Road, Tobyhanna, for a burglary. Taken in the break-in was a gaming console.Detectives later recovered the stolen property at a video game store. The detectives were provided with the sales receipt which identified the seller as James A. Bush, 29, of Tobyhanna.Police began to investigate Bush and determined he was involved in the burglary. As a result Bush was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, and receiving stolen property. He is lodged in the county prison in Snydersville, police said.
